Drive to Vegas and back instead of flying; return car at LAX Oct 3

One-way SFO->LAS drop was too expensive, so the rental runs
Sep 19-Oct 3 and everyone departs from LAX. Also record KT & VT
arriving SFO at 1 PM on Sep 19.
