**Check-in guide received Sep 24, 2026:** temporary curb parking is available
on the building's cul-de-sac. Enter through the front glass door on Temple
Street, use the keypad directory to dial `7200`, then go to the 7th floor,
Unit 703. The apartment keypad code is `0962`; the door auto-locks after five
minutes. The parking clicker/key fob is mounted by the apartment door: use the
2nd parking gate, drive to level 2, press button `2`, and park in spot `14`;
level 1 is not permitted. Wi-Fi is `Stripesliving703` / `Charlie703`.
