No backup statistics or metrics

Description

After a backup completes, users receive no information about:

  • Total size backed up
  • Number of files changed/added/deleted
  • Space saved through deduplication (hardlinks)
  • Detailed timing breakdown

Proposed Solution

Add a statistics summary at the end of each backup:

Backup completed: 2025-01-15_10-30-00
  Duration: 12m 34s
  Files processed: 12,456
    - New: 234 (1.2 GB)
    - Modified: 45 (234 MB)
    - Deleted: 12
    - Unchanged: 12,165
  Total size: 45.6 GB
  Actual space used: 1.4 GB (97% deduplication)
  Previous backup: 2025-01-14_10-30-00

Track statistics in a backup_stats.json file in each backup directory.
