9:47 AM out Sep 20 (lands SFO 12:11 PM), 7:30 PM back Oct 4. Book
via United, ~CA$1,470 all-in for 2 with one checked bag. Sep 20
becomes an afternoon-start SF day.

71cd99e4d4 docs(trip): mark payments auto-paid, add LK travel plan 
Airbnb and Miramonte cabin pay automatically on Sep 7/8. KT & VT
flight dates are confirmed; airline details deferred. LK flies
YVR-SFO with MS, leaves the group Sep 22 and rejoins Sep 27 ~5 PM
in LA.

50b613ff2a Drive to Vegas and back instead of flying; return car at LAX Oct 3 
One-way SFO->LAS drop was too expensive, so the rental runs
Sep 19-Oct 3 and everyone departs from LAX. Also record KT & VT
arriving SFO at 1 PM on Sep 19.

Booking modified Jun 24: checkout Sep 26 -> Sep 27 (3 nights),
total US$542.73 -> US$771.16. Sep 26 becomes an extra
Sequoia/Kings Canyon day, still unplanned.
