flight dates are confirmed; airline details deferred. LK flies
YVR-SFO with MS, leaves the group Sep 22 and rejoins Sep 27 ~5 PM
in LA.
One-way SFO->LAS drop was too expensive, so the rental runs
Sep 19-Oct 3 and everyone departs from LAX. Also record KT & VT
arriving SFO at 1 PM on Sep 19.
- Rename yosemite_sights.md -> parks_sights.md, broaden to cover both
Yosemite and Sequoia/Kings Canyon
- Add sf_sights.md, la_sights.md, vegas_sights.md candidate menus
- Link all sights menus from README and itinerary
