the welcome information and an estimated arrival of approximately 8:00 PM.
Sep 14 —
welcome packet link sent (passcode `6333`); contents saved below. Fastest
contact: text +1 209-347-6333.

**House rules that matter:** bears — no food or trash in the car or
outside; quiet hours 9 PM–8 AM; checkout 10 AM sharp, soiled linens in
the tub; bring toiletries, cooking oil, paper towels, foil.
**Action completed:** Guest replied to the host via Booking.com on Sep 19
with the estimated arrival time and confirmed receipt of the welcome
information.
**Open discrepancy:** A Booking.com arrival-time email received Sep 18 lists
PIN `4317`, while the saved confirmation and this record list PIN `5937`.
This is the Booking.com PIN, not the property door code `0517`; verify it
before arrival and do not replace the saved value without confirmation. See
