Maks Snegov f0894584d4 Add tests for force lock behavior with signal handling ...

Tests verify --force flag properly handles running processes:
- SIGTERM success (process terminates gracefully)
- SIGKILL escalation (process survives SIGTERM)
- Kill failure handling (permission errors)
