flight dates are confirmed; airline details deferred. LK flies
YVR-SFO with MS, leaves the group Sep 22 and rejoins Sep 27 ~5 PM
in LA.

Maxim Shulga 50b613ff2a Drive to Vegas and back instead of flying; return car at LAX Oct 3 
One-way SFO->LAS drop was too expensive, so the rental runs
Sep 19-Oct 3 and everyone departs from LAX. Also record KT & VT
arriving SFO at 1 PM on Sep 19.
