You will need to print this information, or screen shot it to your phone so that you have it. You may or may not have cell service when you get to the property, so you will want to make sure you have the codes for access.

Hi Cheyenne,
We're staying at the cabin Sep 24–27 (booking 6373971385). Back in June I extended the stay by a night, but our plans have changed and we now have to leave for LA on Saturday the 26th.
Would you be able to shorten the booking to Sep 24–26 and refund the added night? I'm asking now rather than later so you still have ten days to re-book the Saturday. I've also submitted the date-change request on Booking.com so it's easy to process on your side.
