Add the Sep 21 full-page printout and fill the Markdown summary with
details it was missing: approach routes, host email, cell coverage
caveat, extra house rules, supermarkets via 120/140, water outages.
Ticketmaster order 57-46264/LA2: 4 seats at the Hollywood Pantages,
US$230.00 paid by KTVT, shared 50/50. Rework the Sep 27 plan around
the 6:30 PM show and update the settlement.

Collect the open action items scattered across booking records into
TODO.md, starting with the US$250 nonresident annual pass. Yosemite has
no timed-entry reservation in 2026, and per NPS one nonresident pass
admits the whole vehicle and waives the per-person surcharge at both
parks, so update the parks notes accordingly.
Daly City host sent the check-in instructions on Sep 16: door code,
wifi, entry route, assigned parking and house rules. Add them to the
booking record and the Sep 19-21 address tables. Record the DTLA unit
number from the LA thread and store both message threads as sources.
Save the host's password-protected welcome page (door code, wifi,
local staff numbers, directions, house rules) and the Booking.com
message thread. Put the door code and wifi in the Sep 22-23 address
tables so they are on hand without signal.
Host approved the date-change request the same morning with no
cancellation fee. Total drops from US$771.16 to US$542.73; a US$228.43
refund is pending on the card. Update the itinerary, expense ledger and
settlement, mark Sep 26 as checkout day, and save the Booking.com chat
and modification confirmation as sources.
Host accepted the alteration on Sep 15 (reservation HMNBY9NYRN): 4 nights
Sep 26-30 instead of 3 nights Sep 27-30, total EUR 1,077.00 (+EUR 311.31,
paid in full). This resolves the "additional night TBC" note on Sep 26.
Cancellation is now partial-refund until Sep 19 4:00 PM PDT.
Sep 27 no longer involves a check-in, so the luggage-storage caveat and
the 4:00 PM check-in constraint on the Pantages option are gone.
Ledger: LA row US$860.00 -> US$1,209.63 (same FX rate as the original
row); settlement recomputed.
